Anyone may refer a business to Laza Remote. Referrals must be directed toward a founder or decision-maker of a company.
Referrals should be based on a reasonable belief that the business would benefit from structural work. Referrals made without regard to fit — for the sole purpose of earning incentives — do not qualify.
A referral is considered qualified when the referrer directly introduces the client or facilitates a connection that leads to an engagement.
The referred client must confirm the referral source at the time of engagement.
General mentions, passive sharing, or indirect awareness do not qualify.
Referral incentives are issued only after all of the following have occurred:
• A contract is signed
• Payment is received and cleared
• The engagement has either been completed, or 30 days have passed since payment clearance — whichever occurs first
Payment is considered received and cleared once funds are fully available in Laza Remote's account and are no longer pending, on hold, or subject to reversal.
Operator / Contractor Referral
If an employee or operator refers a company or founder and the referral becomes a paying client, a fixed $100 cash incentive is issued.
Founder-to-Founder Referral
If a founder refers another founder and the referral becomes a paying client, a $500 credit is issued.
The credit applies only to the referrer’s next engagement with Laza Remote. It cannot be applied to an active or current engagement.
The credit expires 12 months from the date it is issued. Unredeemed credits after this period are forfeited.
Prices in USD. Final checkout amount is subject to current market exchange rates and provider fees.
Cash incentives are paid via Wise. Referrers may receive payment to a Wise account or to a bank account in their name. Transfer fees are covered by Laza Remote. Referrers must provide valid payment information to receive the incentive. Payment is issued within fourteen business days of the reward trigger being met.
Service credits are applied to the referrer's next engagement with Laza Remote at the time of invoicing.
Referral rewards apply only to the individual who directly introduced the client or facilitated the connection.
The referred client must confirm the referral source.
Only one referral incentive is issued per client.
Information collected for the purpose of issuing referral rewards, including referrer name, contact information, and payment details, is processed in accordance with the Laza Remote Privacy Policy. This information is used solely for verifying the referral and issuing the reward.
Laza Remote reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to referrals made after the updated policy is posted. Referrals made under a prior version of this policy remain subject to the terms in effect at the time the referral was made.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved in good faith or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts of the Philippines, except where applicable law in the referrer's jurisdiction requires otherwise.
