Structural Diagnostic

I assess how the business actually operates under load. That includes CRM, workflows, lead handling, reporting visibility, ownership structure, and the points where things depend too heavily on memory, urgency, or the founder. This engagement ends with a clear diagnostic document and a findings call. What happens after that is the client's decision.

$1,500–$3,500. Pricing is determined at discovery based on the number of systems involved, clarity of ownership, and structural complexity.

All engagements are prepaid before work begins. Timelines assume timely client response. If work stalls waiting on access, information, or approvals, the timeline pauses and resumes when what is needed is provided.
